Ward is born the 15th of April 1977 in MonroeLouisiana. Monroe Christian School is a exclusively Christian private school for children of all ages. Ward went to Ouachita high school in the parish for secondary education. Then she transferred to River Oaks High School the summer following her junior year. Although the movie failed to earn money at the theatre, it was successful in the world of cable and DVD. Ward had a role as a backup on the show Shallow Hal the following year. She has also acted in numerous other direct-to-DVD movies and has made guest appearances in various TV shows particularly Friends. She was the main cast member of ABC Family's drama series Make It or Break It for the first two seasons in 2009. The year 2009 was the time she landed the role Chloe Kmet as the mother of a teenage gymna. Her personal life includes a union with the producer David C. Robinson. The couple has the name of a son, Cameron.
